Life Insurance Sales Specialist

The Life Insurance Sales Specialist is a dynamic individual who plays a vital role in providing life insurance solutions to clients. This key team member will work closely with sales, service, and business teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients through consultative selling approaches
  • Collaborates with sales, service, and branch teams to address clients' protection, long-term savings, and investment needs
  • Develops strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Supports the achievement of sales goals and targets through lead generation, conversion, account acquisition, maintenance, repeat business, deepening, and cross-selling of products
  • Prepares sales plans, tracks results, and reviews action plans with management
  • Establishes new account relationships, expands existing ones, and performs account handling and maintenance tasks to improve profitability and expand business
  • Maintains positive working relations with clients by addressing their financial needs and requirements
  • Conducts market analysis, telesales, sales calls, and product presentations for new business acquisitions
  • Promotes referrals of products and services to clients
  • Ensures compliance with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
  • Attends meetings, trainings, and conferences as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree or higher
  • Work experience in bancassurance sales preferred but candidates from other industries with sales and customer service experience are encouraged to apply
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, personable, with good interpersonal and communication skills
