About the Job

This role involves creating engaging, short-form video content for multiple TikTok channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media content creation and video editing, as well as proficiency with content creation tools such as CapCut, Synthesia, and Canva.

  • Create dynamic short-form videos (5-10 seconds) for multiple TikTok accounts using modern editing tools and AI video generators
  • Transform provided scripts and creative direction into engaging, platform-optimized content
  • Manage content creation pipeline for 4 distinct TikTok channels, producing 1-2 videos daily per account
  • Execute consistent brand voice and style across all content while maintaining high production quality
  • Utilize various creative tools including CapCut, Synthesia, Canva, and other AI-powered platforms
  • Coordinate with the client team to implement content strategy and maintain posting schedules
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the platform's social media presence
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and video editing
  • Strong proficiency with content creation tools including CapCut, Synthesia, and Canva
  • Practical experience with AI video generation tools and emerging creative technologies
  • Deep understanding of TikTok platform dynamics and short-form video best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple channels
