Procurement Specialist Lead

">Job Description:

The Procurement Specialist Lead plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day activities of the Services and Workforce (SOW) program. This includes SOW setup, ensuring consistency with contract terms, and managing activities through to payments and service completion.

This role supports the SOW business and assists People Leaders globally with SOW setup, resource onboarding and offboarding, project and assignment management, invoicing, customer support, training, and related activities with varying degrees of complexity and sensitivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Successful achievement of service level agreements (SLA) for SOW intake with accuracy of detailed intake for all requirements.
  • SOW Fulfilment & Management: manage requirements released to ensure timely action.
  • Requirement Feedback/Communication: provide updates on the status of open requirements and detailed feedback to internal partners and suppliers regarding requisition priority, submittal/feedback status, and next steps.
  • Resource On/Offboarding
  • Resource Assignment Management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • SLA achievement rate.
  • Timely completion of SOW fulfillment and management tasks.
  • Positive feedback from internal partners and suppliers on communication and requirement management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years in customer support, helpdesk, technical or vendor management support roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass or other vendor management systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • MS Office proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement).
  • Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Analytical thinking to identify root causes.
