Job Summary

This role is a vital part of our organization, ensuring the smooth coordination of services for aged care and disability clients.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Care Coordinators, acting as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Care Coordinators, including scheduling and coordinating services for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Escalate clinical or case management issues to the relevant Care Coordinator.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and customer service within the aged care or disability sector.
  • Experience working with Australian clients
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
