Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Associate to join our team at Eastman Industrial Supply Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of items and completing documentation for delivery, while providing exceptional customer service as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Act as Back-up Driver when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery truck.
- Secure items for delivery at all times.
- Ensure accurate loading of items onto the truck in accordance with delivery documents.
- Prepare reports on deliveries and submit to Dispatch Planner.
- Vocational Graduate in Automotive or Computer Electronics, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in retail, wholesale, logistics, warehouse operations, or similar field.
- Familiarity with delivery destinations.
- Able to handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurate handling of delivery documents.
- Prompt completion of tasks assigned by immediate superior.
