Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Global Financial Services Operations Representative to join our team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions within established guidelines. This includes:
  1. Ensuring day-to-day deliverables are met.
  2. Preparing and submitting checklists to the next level on a daily basis.
  3. Handling resolution of issue highlights issues to supervisors/experts.
  4. Tracking trends within the daily deliverables (SLA/KRA) and working along with supervisors to enhance processes/procedures knowledge.
  5. Resolving problems within established guidelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess good oral and written communication skills, basic functional/industry knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of MS-Excel. A College or University degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience is required.
