Job Description:
- Test Planning & Analysis: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
- Agile Testing Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality testing solutions in an agile environment.
- Automation Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentorship and Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
- Quality Reviews: Participate in quality reviews of testing efforts and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing efforts to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with senior management.
- Extensive experience in writing test frameworks and processes, including test plans/strategy, advanced scripting, execution, and reporting.
- Experience in providing test estimations and assessments.
- Ability to assess UI/UX testing and mobile application testing.
