Quality Assurance Manager

We are a reputable cosmetic company seeking an experienced QA Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes. As a detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor QA staff on best practices and quality standards to promote a culture of excellence.
- Manage product stability studies and ensure proper documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external regulatory agencies during inspections and audits to demonstrate our commitment to quality.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports for management review to inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the cosmetic industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in quality management systems and statistical analysis to drive business results.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
