This senior-level position involves overseeing the preparation of monthly SC Financial Statement packages and reports for the Board of Directors. The selected candidate will review and approve Accounts Payable Vouchers prepared by AP Accountants and ensure all company obligations are settled on time to avoid penalties and surcharges.

We are looking for a strong leader with expertise in general accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable management, asset management, and fund review. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the financial operations team.

  2. Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.

  3. Review and approve accounts payable vouchers.

  4. Ensure timely settlement of company obligations.

  5. Review lapsing schedules.

  6. Approve cash advances, liquidations, credit card liquidations, and replenishments for revolving and petty cash funds.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accountancy and a CPA license required.

  2. At least five years of experience in a managerial accounting role.

  3. Strong expertise in general accounting and related areas.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
