Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate and construction tone and audience, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content.

Responsibilities include writing engaging industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram, monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Collaboration with the team is essential to align messaging with brand goals. Additionally, setting up, maintaining, and continually improving Airtable systems to manage content and workflows efficiently is required.

The selected candidate will also need to stay up-to-date with trends, competitors, and content ideas that resonate with our target audience.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for real estate/construction audiences
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content
  • Knowledge of the construction and/or multifamily housing industry is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement
  • Experience using and customizing Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management
