The Talent Sourcing Expert plays a vital role in our organization, working closely to understand customer needs and identify top talent for various construction roles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough phone screens for potential candidates, evaluating their qualifications and suitability for the job.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of job requirements to effectively screen candidates.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications over the phone, probing for relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with candidates during phone screens, utilizing strong English language proficiency.
- Document and record detailed notes from phone screens.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand customer needs, job requirements, and identify potential candidates.
- Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing progress.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication and writing skills.
- Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
