Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on various platforms including Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Compose professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards (FDCPA, Reg F, etc.).
  • Develop processes for timely responses and continuous monitoring.
