About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for processing e-commerce orders, addressing inquiries and requests from both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer clients, and providing clear, timely, accurate and professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

* Process e-commerce orders efficiently and accurately

* Provide exceptional customer support, responding to complex issues in a clear and concise manner
* Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve issues and provide solutions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* 2-3 years of experience in customer service support in an online, B2B or DTC environment
* A minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent work experience (BPO)
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Bonus Skills

If you have experience with CRM software systems such as Salesforce/Service Cloud, that's a big plus
