Job Description

As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video and graphic content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

  • Video Editing & Production: Edit a high volume of short-form 30 to 60-second videos (25–30 per week) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, balancing quick-turnaround edits (5–10 minutes each) and more advanced edits requiring storytelling and creative effects (45+ minutes each).
  • Graphic Design & Animation: Create branded graphics, memes, and Instagram story visuals that align with campaign messaging, using Canva and Adobe Illustrator to design layouts, posts, and shareable content.
  • Creative Direction & Collaboration: Participate in weekly social media brainstorming sessions to pitch and refine video ideas, work closely with the creative team managers, social media strategists, and editors to ensure consistent brand voice and design, and contribute to the overall creative strategy by analyzing social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Project Organization & Asset Management: Maintain structured organization of all video, audio, and design files in Google Drive, tag and categorize content for easy access across teams, and track deadlines, prioritize tasks, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • AI & Emerging Tech: Use AI tools like ChatGPT to generate meme ideas, captions, and creative prompts for content development, experiment with AI design tools like MidJourney and Google Veo 3 for advanced visuals, and modify and adapt existing memes or visuals using AI to create brand-consistent content.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess strong video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro required), graphic design skills (Canva + Illustrator preferred), proactive, energetic, and collaborative personality with good communication, receptive to feedback and able to work well in a team, social media fluency and strong sense of current viral trends.

Nice-to-Haves include AI tool experience (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Google V3), motion graphics or animation skills, familiarity with Slack, G-Suite, and Google Drive, interest in AI-driven creative production and viral marketing.
