We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a leading recruiting firm while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with US-based hiring managers and healthcare leadership to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified healthcare professionals for various positions across multiple specialties.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial client consultation through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools, databases, and social media platforms to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Provide market intelligence and hiring insights to clients regarding healthcare talent trends.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with team members during periodic in-person engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience with direct client interaction (hiring managers, healthcare administrators, department heads).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful healthcare placements across various roles (clinical and non-clinical).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working US business hours and collaborating with US-based teams.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare specialties such as nursing, allied health, physicians, healthcare administration.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare system, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Previous experience working with US healthcare organizations or recruiting firms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare credentialing processes.
