Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

This role will involve driving strategic decision-making, optimising operations, and enriching customer experiences with personalised data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write feeds to collect data from external sources and systems.
  • Develop transforms to process data into more information-rich data models.
  • Maintain data assets for performance, reliability, and availability.
  • Create data sets for statistical or advanced analysis.
  • Perform maintenance tasks to handle changing environments.
  • Document processes and data structures for maintainability and usability.
  • Create visualisations and interactive reports.
  • Ensure basic security and privacy management.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support business users using our data and platform.
Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
  • Extensive experience and expertise in SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau), preferably Looker.
  • Experience modelling data and creating transformation pipelines with Dataform or DBT.
  • Proficiency in working with cloud-based data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and support non-technical users.
  • Autonomous, reliable, and strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams.
