About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will shape our visual output by creating ads that captivate audiences while driving key performance metrics.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze creative proposals and briefs to determine creative requirements
  • Gather missing information from stakeholders to better define project needs
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and creative briefs
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders
  • Design impactful static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with design principles
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work
  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as Figma, and Frame.io would be ideal
  • A deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance, including knowledge of metrics and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing visual appeal with performance objectives
