Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our sales team in the demonstration and implementation of CNC machines, peripheral equipment, and software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing the capabilities of our products and ensuring seamless integration with customer operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and assist customers with the operation of CNC machines, peripheral equipment, and software.
  • Develop and produce sample CNC cuts, including creation of CAD drawings as needed, to showcase product capabilities.
  • Coordinate with customers to plan and execute CNC machine installations.
  • Install and commission CNC machines and peripheral equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers post-installation, including training and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure proper operation and provide additional support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid vocational certificate or diploma related to electromechanics or mechatronics.
  • Proficiency in driving 4-wheeled vehicles and possession of a valid driver's license (restriction 2 or DL code B2).
  • Ability to work on-site in various locations and environments.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to create CAD drawings as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Residency in Quezon City.
