Senior Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to take on a key leadership role within our organization.
- This individual will serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 platforms, focusing on performance, integration, and user experience.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuration, deployment, and optimization of services across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and related compliance/security tools.
- Key responsibilities include collaboration with architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to support platform standardization and governance in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
- Partner with Application Support and TBM teams to drive adoption, training, and effective use of productivity tools.
- Support service integration across M365, Box, and other platforms within the digital workplace ecosystem.
- Provide third-level support and act as escalation point for complex issues and service interruptions.
- Work collaboratively within Agile teams, embracing iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and adaptive planning.
- Provide mentoring to junior engineers and regional IT staff, ensuring consistent capabilities across the organization.
Beyond technical expertise, this individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
