Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and high-quality production files for products like murals, wallpapers, and other custom apparel.

  • Prepare and optimize digital files for print and web output.
  • Manage a library of design assets.
  • Ensure precise color accuracy and perform pre-press checks.
  • Execute layout adjustments and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Key Responsibilities
  • Intermediate to Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
