At Nityo Infotech, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in treasury or accounts payable related work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 4 years of treasury or accounts payable related work experience
- Experience with ERP Systems (MFG Pro/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Google applications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Shared Services/BPO
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience working in an international and culturally diverse organization
