Nityo Infotech is currently seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accountancy, with at least 4 years of experience in treasury or accounts payable related work.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be expected to have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve any discrepancies in the financial data.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. They will also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • At least 4 years of experience in treasury or accounts payable related work

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience in shared services/BPO
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with international and culturally diverse teams
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
