Job Description

The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee recordkeeping and reports, onboarding plans, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Supporting new hire orientation activities for Philippine new team members.
  • Delivering new hire orientation virtually and in person as requested.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, or other related field.
  • Experience working in HR for accounting or professional services firms (preferred).
  • Experience delivering new hire orientation in person and with Microsoft Teams.
