Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, web development, and automation, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About the Role

In this role, you will develop and enforce policies for user access controls and compliance with security standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to design roles, permissions, and workflows, leveraging SDLC and Agile methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Role and Segregation of Duty policies
  • Design roles, permissions, and workflows
  • Leverage SDLC and Agile methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and security
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and eliminate manual work
Requirements
  • Scripting experience using PowerShell and/or Bash
  • Experience in web development using Java, Python, or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Selenium, UIPath, and Power Automate
  • Experience with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, or Stash
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and access controls
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
