  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant training content.
  6. Track and report on training metrics, such as participant satisfaction, knowledge retention, and skill improvement.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  8. Maintain accurate records of training activities and update databases regularly.
  9. Perform other specific tasks given by superiors.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of work experience in training facilitation.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. A positive and optimistic attitude.
