They will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies, partnering closely with hiring managers, and creating compelling job descriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • SOURCE AND SCREEN CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING LINKEDIN, JOB BOARDS, REFERRALS, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND NETWORKING GROUPS.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create engaging job descriptions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • BUILD AND NURTURE A PIPELINE OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR FUTURE HIRING NEEDS.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives through social media, job fairs, and industry events.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent acquisition tools.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and best-in-class talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
