Education requirements include a college degree in finance/business, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a large production-focused financial environment. A strong familiarity with internal controls relative to financial transaction processing environments, including SOX controls, PCI compliance, and due diligence for handling customer PII, is also necessary.

Proficiency in Excel and Word, as well as excellent communication, planning, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.
