Job Title: Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Community Manager to develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting, as well as experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.

The selected individual will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content aligned with the brand voice and campaign goals. They will also monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to grow reach and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts, strong copywriting and content creation skills, solid understanding of social media analytics, and familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO.

Required Skills:
