Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Holistic Approach Systems Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for service, utilizing scratch cooking techniques from basic ingredients and presenting dishes in an attractive manner.

• Coordinate and maintain stocks/mise en place to ensure sufficient and proper food items are available during meal service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Follow established recipes to prepare and cook food items consistently, adhering to quality and appearance standards.
• Perform start-up and end-of-shift activities, including daily equipment checks and temperature monitoring.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed, adhering to regulatory standards.
