This role is a full-time in-office position based in Alabang, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET.

Key Responsibilities
  1. We collect and maintain customer accounts by tracking account status, reporting on outstanding balances, and prioritizing collection activity.
  2. Follow-up overdue accounts through initiating demand letters, outbound phone calls to delinquent accounts, and external debt collections.
  3. Ensure compliance with credit and collections regulations and adherence to best practices.
  4. Analyze credit history and information related to applications for credit and overdue/delinquent accounts.
  5. Provide detailed reports on outstanding account balances, credit applications, and collection activity.
  6. Recommend terms and conditions pertaining to credit and debt repayment.
  7. Research credit history by collecting personal/business data for analysis, credit report, etc.
  8. Determine acceptable credit lines and payment terms for new customers and/or supplier accounts – reviewed and approval obtained from AR Credit Manager.
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in business to business collections, order entry, customer service, accounts payable, cash applications, or accounts receivable, preferably in a BPO or shared services industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to join disparate data into concrete client reports.
  • Proficient in English with strong attention to detail. Effective communicator at all levels, both verbally and written.
  • Proactive with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to adapt to nightshift (8AM to 5PM EST) if needed.
