JG Summit and Affiliates Shared Services is seeking a highly skilled Budgeting and Forecasting Lead to play a critical role in driving business growth through effective financial planning and management.

This role will involve leading the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans, as well as preparing rolling forecasts to support financial planning and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
  • Prepare rolling forecasts to support financial planning and business strategy.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.
  • Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial planning software (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial regulations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead financial planning initiatives.
