The successful candidate will have a strong background in demand planning and will be responsible for overseeing the demand planning team.

The Demand Planning Manager will work closely with management to identify and develop demand plans based on trends and patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot demand-related issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop routine and demand-related reports for management
  • Schedule forecast review meetings with management on a regular basis
  • Work with the team to plan, coordinate, and execute demand planning activities
  • Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions
  • Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy
  • Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Review purchase history, sales history, and order plan for management approval
  • Train Demand Planners and meet with other managers and executives to review strategies related to short-term and long-term planning

Requirements:

  • Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or any business-related courses
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Demand Planning Manager
  • Advanced skill in Excel and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning processes and procedures
