Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews to drive business growth.
  • Support club openings, pricing strategies, ROI analyses, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve financial models and dashboards to enhance business insights.
  • Collaborate across markets and contribute to reporting process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA/CPA a plus).
  • At least 3 years' experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; Power BI/Netsuite/Anaplan knowledge preferred.
  • Commercially savvy with strong communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures.
