Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Electro-mechanical assemblers and Test technicians for assembly and FCT processes implementation and issues resolution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for test equipment programs, validation and verification, upgrade and/or repair.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and divisions for process and quality improvements.
  • Utilize digital and analog electronic test equipment and test systems to investigate system failures and debug issues.
  • Develop containment and corrective actions to improve product quality.
  • Assist critical projects that sustain operations.
  • Support new product transfers when necessary.
  • SQA - Supplier Quality Assurance and remote assistance to other sites/regions.
  • Other roles include asset utilization, participation in quality improvement initiatives and the improvement of the failure investigation process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.
  • Strong reasoning skills.
  • High sense of urgency.
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
  • Solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g., C++, Visual Basic).
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
