Job Title: Digital Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building engaging online communities, driving brand awareness, and turning followers into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to grow reach and engagement.
  • Plan, create, and schedule compelling content (graphics, videos, captions, and stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on valuable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Support email and digital marketing initiatives with innovative social-first content ideas.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an emphasis on visual storytelling.
  • A solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
