About the role

As a Sales Support Officer at Gakken Philippines Inc., you will play a vital role in assisting the sales team in achieving their targets. This full-time position is based in San Juan City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales department through constant coordination.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, processing accurately and timely all orders forwarded by the sales people.
  • Coordinate within the sales department and other support groups any documentary or supply requirements needed to complete processing of sales transactions.
  • Maintain a record of accurate sales data.
  • Prepare sales reports, pending deliveries, and other sales matters.
  • Ensure maximization of the use of CRM tools for sales processing, purchase requests, contract monitoring, requests for payment, sales reports, and other reportorial tasks.

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the sales industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of the sales process and industry trends is an advantage.
