Job Title: Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our organization as a Tax Manager. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of tax preparation and compliance, with a strong background in U.S. accounting principles.


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.


  • Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns using Intuit ProConnect Tax Software.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of accountants, set performance expectations, and monitor team progress.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, providing guidance on tax matters.

The ideal candidate will hold a CPA license, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, and possess at least 5 years of experience in U.S. accounting, with a focus on tax preparation and compliance.
