This role requires an Administrative Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to support our TSQC Team in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and adhering to technical and ethical standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Review

    Analyze data related to engagement performance in the audit and assurance division.

    Research and analyze data related to audit quality monitoring and technical standards.

    Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  2. Project Monitoring

    Monitor TSQC projects focused on improving administrative functions.

    Coordinate with various groups or divisions to implement changes and improvements.

    Report on TSQC project progress and outcomes.

  3. Reporting and Documentation

    Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analysis.

    Document findings, recommendations, and action plans.

Key Requirements
  1. Superior organizational skills.
  2. Effective collaboration with audit teams and other stakeholders.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Familiarity with accounting principles and auditing standards.
  6. Microsoft Office product proficiency.
  7. 1-2 years of audit or accounting work experience.
  8. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is advantageous.
