Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall project timeline and scope of deliverables for both back-end and mobile developers within the Scrum team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute phases of mobile development for projects.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely completion of sprint backlog within the allotted time for the sprint.


Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's/College Degree in either Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related course.
  2. At least 5-8 years of work experience in the capacity of either Head of Mobile Development, Head of DevOps, Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent role.
  3. In-depth understanding of Android and iOS app and backend development, and with experience working as part of an Agile team (Scrum and/or Kanban).
  4. Strong leadership and project management skills with experience on various Project Management and SDLC methodologies.
  5. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
