Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for stone and marble works, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare comprehensive bill of quantities (BOQs), including pricing and cost analysis.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
  • Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on stone and marble works.
  • Proven track record in preparing accurate and detailed BOQs.
  • Proficiency in using industry-leading software like PlanSwift or Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a Work from Home (WFH) set up, day shift, Monday to Friday.
