Job Description:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects.

Your primary objective is to ensure that all technical requirements are met and that our team delivers high-quality solutions.

This involves analyzing functional specifications, assigning tasks to the team, and ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed about project goals, risks, and quality standards.

You will also be responsible for preparing discovery questions, participating in meetings for lead qualification and opportunity development, and validating defects reported by the team.

In addition, you will be expected to coordinate with other teams to assess risks and their impact on the project.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a senior role in software development teams
  • Previous experience in web development
  • Previous experience in eCommerce projects
  • Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and quickly switch focus
  • Understanding of customer's business needs and priorities
  • Good English communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with client-facing interactions
