Graphic Designer Position

Job Description:

As a skilled Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms and traditional media.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to create designs that convert in online retail environments with an understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design typography branding and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimisation) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Interpret client briefs concepts and ideas to develop original artwork aligning with brand guidelines and communicating the desired message effectively.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms and traditional media.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns product launches and eCommerce promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement conversions and brand consistency.
  • Develop templates and design systems streamlining campaign execution and maintaining a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Adapt designs across multiple channels including Shopify storefronts, Klaviyo EDMs, paid ads, and social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry design trends tools, and best practices particularly in the eCommerce and digital marketing space.
