We are seeking a highly skilled logistics professional to join our team as a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing logistics strategies aligned with business goals.

  • You will oversee inbound/outbound transportation, customs clearance, and 3PL relationships
  • Manage multiple warehouse sites or large-scale facilities
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Optimize warehouse layout and automation systems for efficiency
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and system controls
  • Implement and manage ERP/WMS platforms
  • Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and fulfillment rates
  • Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics teams
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales, project, CMO, and finance departments
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and performance
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, customs, transport laws)
  • Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
  • Monitor and improve health, safety, and environmental practices
  • Closely coordinate with Market unit CMO/Logistics, Project, Service, Sales, and Finance team

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
