Job Role

Assuming responsibility for creating a seamless blend of digital marketing execution and brand design ownership.

Ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, ads, and creative assets that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:Newsletters & Campaigns:
  • Deliver high-quality newsletters on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Develop and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Provide performance reports.
Content & Social Execution:
  • Create and publish social media posts with a minimum frequency of eight per month.
  • Collaborate with the video editor to produce engaging video content.
  • Write, format, and publish one blog post monthly.
  • Produce a case study each month.
Lead Operations:
  • Import leads from Predictive Index three times a week.
  • Research lead suitability and provide lead scoring & notes.
Brand & Design:
  • Deliver six to twelve creative assets monthly.
  • Maintain a centralized asset library.
  • Develop sales enablement materials.
Reporting & Optimization:
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report.
  • Recommend an idea for optimization or creative experimentation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills, design expertise, content creation abilities, lead operations knowledge, and a reporting mindset. They should be organized, proactive, outcome-focused, and confident in their communication skills.

Work Arrangement:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
