Video Editor Job Description

The role of a Video Editor involves creating engaging short-form content for various platforms. This includes editing videos for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to drive measurable results across different brands.

  • This position requires the ability to edit original, high-quality video assets while meeting deadlines.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience with paid social video editing/design in the DTC or e-commerce space.

Key skills include proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite, as well as experience creating ad creatives (static, GIFs, and video).

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time remote work following US EST hours.
  • Hubstaff time tracker is required for productivity monitoring and payroll.

Benefits:

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of paid social video editing/design experience.

  • Windows: 64 GB RAM, dedicated GPU with 8+ GB VRAM.
