Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commissioning Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in commissioning, maintenance, and project management.

  • Ensuring services are carried out in strict compliance with current HSE rules and regulations;
  • Planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance operations;
  • Coordinating contractor personnel for smooth execution of services;
  • Anticipating and planning logistical means necessary for maintenance operations;
  • Ensuring preparation of maintenance reports and validation of technical reports;
  • Carrying out appropriate reporting on progress of maintenance operations and difficulties encountered;
Responsibilities

As a Commissioning Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading teams onsite and organizing rotation schedules;
  • Identifying training needs and making training requests as appropriate;
  • Proposing adjustments related to nationalization plans and appraisal/competence assessments;
  • Demonstrating commitment to safety through language, behavior, and actions;
  • Ensuring correct behavior of teams in accordance with general safety regulations;

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;

Requirements
