Lead Quality Assurance Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned quality assurance leader to spearhead our testing efforts and ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, drive test planning and execution, and oversee the design and maintenance of automated test scripts. Your expertise in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Appium will enable us to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

You will also be responsible for mentoring QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and promoting continuous learning within the QA team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, as well as leadership experience. Strong skills in source control management, such as Git, Bitbucket, are required. We value proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented individuals who are committed to continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure product quality and stability.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
  • Mentor QA engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation within the QA team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing and 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Expertise in source control management, such as Git, Bitbucket.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
