Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an AI Performance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI performance engineering and experience with building and implementing agent evaluation pipelines. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-performance AI models that meet stringent benchmarks for latency, safety, and user-experience.
  • Develop and maintain domain-specific benchmarks for product support, engineering ops, GTM insights, and other verticals relevant to modern SaaS.
  • Work closely with engineers and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in AI performance engineering with a focus on metrics and benchmarking.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience working across full-stack and backend services.
  • Experience with building or using large language models (LLMs) and vector-based search in production environments.
