We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our online presence and content marketing strategies.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven strategy to grow and engage targeted audiences across various social media platforms. Your expertise in social media ecosystems, audience growth, and engagement will enable us to strengthen our brand equity and expand our reach.

  • Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to grow and engage targeted audiences across key platforms.
  • Maintain and optimize posting operations to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, responding to trends, conversations, and opportunities in real time.
  • Monitor analytics and performance KPIs to iterate on what works and improve reach and engagement.

You will also be responsible for leading creative brainstorms, building content pipelines, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or social media management role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing social media accounts for a brand.
  • Deep understanding of current social platforms, formats, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong content judgment and creative instincts—can guide or produce high-impact content.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and scheduling/analytics platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout).
  • Comfortable interpreting data, tracking performance metrics, and making strategy adjustments.
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and proactive.
