We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to implement cutting-edge solutions
  • Deliver strategic and tactical solutions, ranging from evaluating solutions/vendors to employing an Agile approach for AI, SaaS, and in-house developed applications
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making, while creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and status reports
  • Collaborate closely with senior and key business stakeholders, as well as cross-functional teams, to define project requirements and deliverables, and conduct business analysis
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to business activities
  • Assist in identifying, managing, and onboarding service providers in accordance with company guidelines
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the firm's project management governance and prepare and deliver targeted education sessions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Financial Technology, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of relevant IT project management experience, preferably in SaaS environments, with experience in deploying AI-first applications
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Experience in large-scale implementations and global application rollouts, including change management and training aspects
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python scripting, Excel Macros/VBA
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analytics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential and critical to everyday tasks
  • Proven track record of successfully evaluating and delivering complex IT projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, exhibiting a high degree of flexibility and a strong self-starter personality
